25 Jun 2021-03-05: Advice IP-TV
BoKS states that it is important to meet the legal 70% consent limit before major changes are made to the service costs. At the moment, this has not yet been met and we advised not to stop providing this service. The tenants’ committees as a whole were not unambiguous in their responses. Some committees thought it is unjust for a majority to pay for service charges when they have stated they have no need for it. Customization is required, service costs at the level of a residential complex instead of a decision for the 6.535 tenants as a whole.
In the coming period, the SSH will determine the need for continuation of the service for each residential complex. If there is a majority of 70% or more in favor of ending IP-TV as a service of the SSH they will end the service. Consultation with the provider has taught us that this can be done at the level of a residential complex.
